Nylon yarn can be processed into FDY or DTY according to user's requirements.

Low melting point polyester composite filament of nylon yarn is processed by special composite spinning technology with low melting point modified polyester (L-PET) as skin layer and common polyester (PET) as core layer.

Common specifications of nylon yarn: FDY: 30D/50D/75D/150D/200D/250D/300D skin modified polyester melting point: 180+5 C, the proportion of 20-40% core conventional polyester melting point: 256+5 C, the proportion of 60-80%. This fiber has the characteristics of low melting point, thermoplasticity and self-viscous. When heated to a certain temperature, the skin will soften and melt into elastic viscous fluid, and then solidify again into solid after cooling. Body, and traditional post-finishing adhesives will not emit harmful substances to the environment and human body in the process of finishing, bonding and use; the core of conventional polyester still keeps the performance of conventional fibers when the skin is bonded, giving the strength required by low melting point composite filaments and fabrics, so this nylon yarn has high strength, washability, stiffness, easy to handle, pollution-free and so on.

The application fields and main uses of nylon yarn have been developed at present:

1. Common specifications of soft yarn curtain, zebra curtain and Roman curtain: FDY 75D/150D

(1) FDY 75D low melting point composite wire for both longitude and weft

(2) FDY150D low melting point composite wire for warp, FDY75D low melting point composite wire for weft, FDY150D low melting point composite wire for warp and ordinary FDY90D/3F for weft, FDY75D low melting point composite wire for weft and two ordinary DTY75D for weft.

2. Vertical curtain nylon yarn specifications:

FDY 250D low melting point composite wire attachment: conventional manufacturing process steps:

Step 1: twisting (250D plus 400-500 twists/m)

Step 2: Electrically heated steam shaping box shaping (2 hours, 50 degrees)

Step 3: Menstruation

Step 4: Weaving

Step 5: High temperature setting, temperature: 200-210 C

3. Common specifications of air-conditioning filter nylon yarn:

FDY 30D/50D/75D/150D, because of the increasingly stringent market requirements for the production of filter yarn, is mainly reflected in the fact that manufacturers must have the non-toxic certification given by SGS-CSTC (SHANGHAI) chemical laboratory inspection. Therefore, the use of leather core low melting point PET composite filament glue for bonding is not only more environmentally friendly, but also the future development trend.Routine manufacturing process steps:

Step 1: double twist (generally 50D, 75D plus 900-1200 twists/m, 150D plus 600-900 twists/m), twist direction: S twist (that is, twist)

Step 2: Steam setting for 2 hours, temperature control at 50 C (to prevent the twisting and twisting of silk from affecting the effect of finished products).

Step 3: Warping, weaving, step 4: Pre-setting, rinsing, printing and dyeing step 5: Thermal setting (temperature control at 205-210 C, then low melting point filaments will melt and adhere to air-conditioned filter screen).

4. Electromagnetic nylon yarn industry ("polyester-glass filament hybrid fiber" electromagnetic wire) general use specifications:

FDY 50D/75D due to the general glass filament insulation thickness, poor mechanical strength, in the wire thermal expansion and contraction of high temperature difference deformation, polyester filament and glass filament and wire loose from polyester filament can not form a uniform protective film, but our leather core (180 degrees) Low melting point filament substitution can reduce the insulation thickness on the one hand, on the other hand, polyester fibers melt during high temperature baking process, which makes the adhesion between glass fibers more firm, and greatly improves the adhesion and mechanical strength of the insulation layer.

Whether it is tension, bending, or a variety of temperature deformation tests, surface insulation, high-voltage test can easily pass the following standards for testing, are up to the standard. Increased insulation thickness according to GB7672 (IEC 60317-0-4) test standard: GB/T 4074 (IEC 60851)

5. Clothing lining nylon yarn, after finalizing, can achieve the function of straightening, such as:

(1) Using FDY420D low melting point filament as weft and DTY150D as warp on water sprayer

(2) Necktie lining, usually with FDY50D low melting point wire

(3) All kinds of hats can be twisted and reused with 3 420D low melting point wires.

6. Nylon yarn used in warp knitted fabrics

(1) Rigid mesh cloth, free of surface dipping coating process, using our skin-core polyester low melting point composite filament woven into mesh cloth directly through heat setting can achieve stiff mesh effect. Such a network is more environmentally friendly and not deformed.

(2) Filtration screen of pharmaceutical and food factories

(3) In-car

7. High-grade precision filter ring material, nylon yarn for capillary adsorption material.

General specification: DTY 150D/200D/300D/400D (high elastic polyester core skin composite low melting point silk) can be used to produce drinking water purifying and filtering materials, perfume dipping rods and so on, which ensure good filtration and adsorption gap and absorption effect, health, health and environmental protection.

8. Nylon yarn in Wind Power Industry - Glass Fiber Fabric and Carbon Fiber Fabric

(1) Good dimensional stability, which can be used to process complex surfaces

(2) Increase the friction of yarns, increase the interlaminar shear force, delamination strength and tear resistance of finished products.

9. Other uses of nylon yarn

(1) Protective gloves (generally FDY250D)

(2) Dust-proof net

(3) Leather upper cloth (FDY200D)

(4) High-grade window screen, invisible screen

(5) High quality stiff net
