3. The difference between air spinning and ring spinning:

5. Vortex spinning:

Eddy current spinning is a new spinning method, which uses fixed eddy current spinning tube instead of high-speed spinning cup. In a sense, vortex spinning is the real air spinning. 6. Siro:

Also known as a, B yarn, recently officially named as siro spinning. Siro spinning is to feed two rovings with a certain distance on the spinning frame. After splicing, the single yarn will be further twisted into a yarn similar to the composite yarn, which will be wound on the bobbin.

7. Compact spinning:

Compact spinning is a new technology of spinning on the improved ring spinning frame. The spinning mechanism is mainly as follows: a fiber agglomeration area is added in front of the traction device of the ring spinning frame, which basically eliminates the spinning twisting triangle area between the front roller and the twisting point. After the fiber sliver is output from the front opening of the front roller, it first passes through the mesh grommet of the outer jacket of the special-shaped air suction pipe, and the sliver moves on the mesh grommet. Due to the contraction and polymerization of the air flow, it gathers and rotates the sliver through the air suction slot of the special-shaped pipe, and gradually turns from a flat ribbon to a cylinder. The ends of the fiber dimension are all twisted into the yarn, so the yarn is very tight, the appearance of the yarn is bright and clean, and the hairiness is small.
