Broken thread
I. Sewing thread
(1) Check the quality of sewing thread. Sutures with mildew, deterioration or nodules are most susceptible to breakage.
(2) Check whether the selected sewing thread matches the machine needle. Sewing thread is too fine and easy to break because of insufficient tenacity; the thin machine needle with too thick sewing thread, will make the sewing thread can not be smoothly cut through the pinhole.
(3) Check whether the tension of the surface thread is too tight. Tension is too tight, and it is easy to break.
(4) Inspection machine pinholes are silted up with debris, resulting in sewing thread delivery is not smooth and broken.
II. Machine Needle Problem
(1) Check whether there is a phenomenon of hot-fused sewing due to needle, especially when using chemical fibre sewing, because the clothes car runs at high speed, the machine needle repeatedly punctures the fabric to generate friction and heat, so that the chemical fibre sewing with low melting point is fused.
(2) Check the proper location of hook hooks. The hook is too close to the pinhole, so it is easy to break the suture when taking thread.
III. Other Issues
(1) Check whether the needle and needle plate are firmly installed. Loose needle or needle plate, will make the needle and needle plate touch each other, and grind the cross-section thread.
(2) Check the bending and defect of all surface threads (including machine parts such as coils, pinholes, hooks, needle plate holes and foot pressing holes) to avoid the thread being broken.
(3) Check whether the bottomline drum is too full or unevenly wound, whether the bottomline drum is too full or unevenly wound, and the transmission of the bottom thread is not smooth, which may easily lead to the breakage of the bottom thread.
In addition, the operator's gesture is not good or the speed of the car is not rhythmic, will pull the fabric and cut the surface thread by feeding teeth, or make the pick-up hook up and down uneven movement and pull the section thread.
