In order to better build a circular economy chain network of resource recycling, energy cascade conversion, industrial sustainable development and environmental protection, the printing and dyeing industry cluster zone vigorously promotes the construction of supporting infrastructure such as centralized water supply, power supply, heating, sewage and sludge centralized treatment, and strengthens the implementation of 68 key items of recycling transformation, mainly focusing on centralized sewage treatment and comprehensive utilization of waste Objective to promote co construction, sharing and integration.

At present, 68 projects have been completed, and a number of supporting sewage and waste disposal projects have been completed and put into operation, including Jiangbin sewage advanced treatment, Longde environmental protection sludge incineration, etc. the industrial chain relevance of circular economy in the park reaches 85.72%. Taking printing and dyeing sludge as an example, the printing and dyeing sludge produced by enterprises in the park is uniformly transported to Zhejiang Longde environmental protection Thermal Power Co., Ltd., which is mixed with coal in a ratio of 4:1, and then burned. Part of the steam generated is used for power generation, and part of the steam is transported to the printing and dyeing enterprises for production and use, forming a cycle.

At the same time, our district actively guides enterprises to implement low bath ratio dyeing machine application, setting machine coal to gas (steam), waste heat recycling of setting machine, reclaimed water reuse, waste water "separate treatment, separate quality reuse", steam condensate reuse, etc., and comprehensively divide the water flow, energy flow and solid waste flow of upstream and downstream industries such as chemical raw materials, metal manufacturing, new materials, energy conservation and environmental protection Analysis, link to form a collaborative circulation chain among industries, and basically realize the "zero emission" of green printing and dyeing industry cluster area.

The data show that: after the implementation of the recycling transformation project, printing and dyeing enterprises in our district have saved 5205 mu of land, saved 78.37 million tons of water, eliminated 1.161 billion meters of backward production capacity, and increased the unit energy consumption value from 411.52 yuan / ton standard coal to 3756.24 yuan / ton standard coal. More than 90% of the national high-tech enterprises and enterprises in the national high-tech zone have gathered, and the environmental efficiency of the enterprises has reached more than 60% of the national high-tech enterprises, and the environmental efficiency of the National Hi-tech Zone has reached more than 60%.

It is worth mentioning that through the recycling transformation of the park, the comprehensive utilization capacity of solid waste in our district has been further improved, which has greatly helped to build a "waste free park" of industry city integration in the agglomeration area, and then radiated the pilot work of "waste free city" construction in the whole district, effectively realized the reduction, recycling and harmlessness of industrial solid waste and hazardous waste in the whole district, which is a test for the construction of "waste free city" in Shaoxing Point contributed to Keqiao's strength.
