Application of High Shrinkage Polyester Sewing Thread (1)

High shrinkage polyester filament and DTY combined into a net to produce concave and convex pattern by combining high shrinkage polyester filament with low elasticity polyester filament and network processing, a blended yarn is produced.

The boiling water shrinkage of this blended network filament reaches about 25.5%. From this, a fluffy and woolly concave convex pattern is developed. The network technology improves the cohesive property of Sewing Thread yarn, pilling resistance and hooking resistance of Sewing Thread fabric, reduces the broken ends and wool sewing thread during warping and weaving, and eliminates twisting, sizing and desizing in the process of weaving and finishing. After boiling water treatment, the high shrinkage polyester sewing thread filament shrinks and the low elasticity polyester filament arches, forming a fluffy linear shape, which is not easy to disappear.

The concave-convex crepe is one of the popular sewing thread fabric styles at present. The concave-convex tweeds adopt floating structure. The specific method is to add and remove warp-line points locally on the basis of plain weave. The lattice structure is formed by negative flip method. There are four small areas of plain weave in one organizational cycle and arrange warp-weft floating around each plain weave.

 

High shrinkage blended sewing thread yarns are arranged at long and floating yarns. Except high shrinkage blended sewing thread yarns are used at warp and weft intervals, other warp and weft sewing thread yarns are made of ordinary yarns, such as polyester-viscose yarns, which are interwoven into plain weaves. In order to enhance the decorative effect, a small amount of fancy yarn is inlaid in plain area, and the shrinkage is similar to that of polyester-viscose sewing thread yarn. After boiling water treatment, the high shrinkage blended sewing thread filament network with floating long yarn in the sewing thread fabric can shrink to the maximum extent, and the compact plain area is squeezed out of the support surface. Moreover, due to the different direction of force, a positive and negative concave-convex stereo effect is formed.

Boiling water shrinkage treatment should be carried out during the finishing process of sewing thread fabrics. Attention should be paid to the Non-tension of the warp and weft directions of the sewing thread fabrics, and the full loosening treatment should be carried out. The water temperature is 100C and the soaking time is 3-5 minutes. If the water temperature is not enough or the tension is large or the treatment time is too short, the appearance style of the sewing thread fabrics will be affected. The concave and convex effect is not obvious, the sewing thread wool feeling is not strong, and the sewing thread fabric And so on. In the heat setting stage, loosen finishing is adopted, and the setting temperature is 160-170 C. After setting, the sewing thread fabric has good thermal stability, wrinkle resistance and resilience.

Some domestic research departments have developed concave-convex sewing thread fabrics with high shrinkage polyester filament and Modal single yarn. Modal sewing thread fiber is a viscose fiber with high moisture modulus, and its performance is remarkably superior to that of ordinary viscose sewing thread fiber. By using different boiling water shrinkage and dyeing properties of high shrinkage sewing thread polyester filament and Modal single yarn sewing thread, special double-color sewing thread fabrics have been developed by using surface-to-inner layer structure. New sewing thread fabrics with concave, convex and wrinkle appearance.
