The fineness of high shrinkage polyester filament yarn is 300D, and the shrinkage of dry heat or boiling water is 30%. The crepe style appearance is formed only by high shrinkage polyester filament yarn. Sometimes the effect is not very obvious. The more ideal effect can be achieved by combining the design of fabric structure at the same time.
According to the same yarn arrangement, plain weave and joint weave were selected to compare, and the wrinkle effect of joint weave was more obvious. Under the condition that the high shrinkage polyester filament yarn can be interwoven with wool polyester yarn as warp yarn, the polyester filament yarn is twisted (if only weft yarn is used, no twist is needed).
For example, the twist coefficient of high shrinkage polyester filament yarn is 36.5 and the twist is 200 twists/m; the twist coefficient of wool polyester yarn is 101.6, the strand yarn is 169, and the yarn count is 14.28 tex * 2, so the crepe style of wool fabric is obvious.
High shrinkage polyester filament yarn requires only one twisting process, but does not require steaming, because it shrinks when preheated. When warping, the yarn tension should be uniform, which can reduce the tension of polyester filament yarn appropriately and ensure the quality of the weaving shaft.
Because polyester filament yarn will produce more hairiness under repeated and continuous friction of the heddle during weaving, it is necessary to collocate opening height, back beam height, weaving tension and other parameters comprehensively to prevent unnecessary warp breakage in order to ensure green billet quality.
Because the polyester filament yarn shrinks at high temperature, if the boiling and washing process is carried out first, the width will not be controlled. Therefore, the heat setting process must be carried out first to shrink it to a certain extent. After heat setting, the grey cloth is boiled and washed. Its width no longer changes significantly. The gentle steaming process is adopted. On the premise of guaranteeing the style of the fabric, the grey cloth also gives it excellent handle.
