Strength of embroidery thread: The strength of polyester embroidery thread is nearly twice as high as that of cotton and three times higher than that of wool, so the polyester fabric is strong and durable.

Heat resistance of embroidery thread: It can be used in 70-1700C. It is good in heat resistance and thermal stability of synthetic fibers.

Embroidery thread elasticity: Polyester elasticity close to wool, wrinkle resistance than other fibers, fabric wrinkle-free, good line-keeping.

Wear resistance of embroidery thread: The wear resistance of polyester fibers is second only to that of nylon fibers, ranking second in synthetic fibers.

Hygroscopicity of embroidery thread: Polyester has low moisture regain and good insulation.

As a clothing fiber, polyester fabric can achieve wrinkle-free and ironing-free effect after washing. Polyester is often blended or interwoven with various fibers, such as cotton polyester, wool polyester, etc., and is widely used in various clothing and decorative materials. Polyester can be used in conveyor belts, tents, canvas, cables, fishing nets and so on in industry, especially for polyester cord used for tires. Its performance is close to that of nylon. Polyester can also be used in electrical insulation materials, acid-resistant filter cloth, pharmaceutical industry cloth, etc. Synthetic fibers are widely used in various fields of national economy because of their high strength, wear resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, light weight, heat preservation, good electrical insulation and no fear of mildew.

Our company is to make colored polyester polyester filament and polyester monofilament, human-like filament (human-like filament than ordinary polyester filament feel more soft, better gloss).

Imitated nylon ribbon special yarn (imitated nylon ribbon special yarn made of ribbon after ironing, gloss and nylon are very similar), automobile cushion yarn, high strength yarn, flame retardant fiber. It can be done from 15d to 1000d. It is made of masterbatch with good color fastness, environmental protection and reasonable price. Monofilament: 20d, 25d, 30d, 40d. The specifications of polyester polyfilament are 75d, 100d, 120d, 150D and 300d. The specifications of imitated nylon yarn are 150d, 210d, 300d, 420d, 450D and 600d.

Rayon filament has softer handle and better gloss than ordinary polyester filament.
