Third, the high-tech manufacturing industry is growing against the trend, and the new business forms and new models are growing rapidly. From January to April, the added value of high-tech manufacturing industry increased by 0.5% year-on-year, of which the growth rate rebounded to 8.9% and 10.5% in March and April, respectively, faster than the growth rate of industries above the overall scale. New business models such as telecommuting, online education and contactless distribution are booming.

"In the long run, we have significant institutional advantages, a complete industrial system, huge market demand and sufficient policy toolbox. New infrastructure becomes an important hand
